- This branch of Ban Suan Non Sa-at Jaew Hon is located in Udon Thani city (a bit outside the city, but not far). I've eaten at the Non Sa-at branch on Mittraphap Road on the way to Khon Kaen once and the food was delicious, so I had the chance to try the branch in Udon Thani.
- The atmosphere is amazing! There are many seating areas to choose from, including air-conditioned rooms, outdoor seating, near a fish pond, on the water, at tables, and on the floor. There are many options. I personally like sitting on the floor by the koi pond, enjoying the food while watching the fish. The atmosphere makes the meal even more delicious. In the evenings, the restaurant has live music for you to enjoy. Or, if you're in a group and prefer a more secluded area, you can choose to sit in the air-conditioned room.
- The restaurant's signature dish is, as its name suggests, jaew hon. The restaurant offers two types of pots: a large pot with one soup base, and a two-compartment pot with two soup bases. The jaew hon menu includes small, large, and premium sets, all of which are generously portioned. The jaew hon sauce comes in two options: bitter and sour. Personally, I like the bitter dipping sauce. It's delicious. Or if anyone wants to eat something more, you can choose to order more by the plate. The other food items at the shop are very diverse, including som tam, yam, fried food, grilled food, grilled shrimp, tom yam, curry, chili paste, other dishes, desserts - there's everything to choose from. This is a shop that's suitable for all ages. ***But the highlight of the shop that we really like is the "pizza." It's delicious, they give a lot, and it's full of cheese. I really like it!

- บรรยากาศคือดีมากก มีหลายโซนให้เลือกนั่ง ทั้งห้องแอร์ ด้านนอก ริมบ่อปลา บนน้ำ นั่งโต๊ะ นั่งพื้น มีให้เลือกได้หลายแบบ ส่วนตัวชอบนั่งพื้นริมบ่อปลาคาร์ฟ นั่งทานไปด้วย ดูปลาไปด้วย ได้บรรยากาศทำให้ทานอาหารอร่อยขึ้นไปอีก ช่วงค่ำร้านจะมีดนตรีสดให้ฟังเพลินๆด้วย หรือหากใครมาเป็นกลุ่ม ต้องการปิดโซนก็สามารถเลือกนั่งในห้องแอร์ได้
- เมนูอาหารเด็ดๆของร้านก็จะเป็นตามชื่อร้านเลย ก็คือแจ่วฮ้อน ร้านก็จะมีหม้อให้เลือก 2 แบบ ทั้งหม้อใหญ่ 1 น้ำซุป และหม้อ 2 ช่อง ก็จะเลือกได้ 2 น้ำซุป เมนูแจ่วฮ้อนก็มีให้เลือกทั้งชุดเล็ก ชุดใหญ่ ชุดพรีเมี่ยม คือให้เยอะมากก น้ำจิ้มแจ่วฮ้อนก็มีให้เลือก 2 แบบ คือน้ำจิ้มขมและน้ำจิ้มเปรี้ยว ส่วนตัวชอบน้ำจิ้มขม อร่อยดี หรือใครอยากทานอะไรเพิ่มอีกก็สามารถเลือกสั่งเพิ่มเป็นจานๆได้ รายการอาหารอื่นๆของที่ร้านก็มีหลากหลายมากก ทั้งส้มตำ ยำ ของทอด ของย่าง กุ้งเผา ต้มยำ แกง น้ำพริก อาหารอีกสาน ขนมหวาน ก็คือมีให้เลือกทุกแบบ ถือว่าเป็นร้านที่เหมาะกับทุกเพศทุกวัยมากกกก ***แต่ทีเด็ดของร้านที่เราชอบมากก็คืออ "พิซซ่า" อร่อยยย ให้เยอะ ชีสจุกๆๆๆ ชอบมากกกก
